- In large bowl beat Large eggs and water till frothy. Set aside. On cutting board lb. chicken on both sides to tenderize. Dredge chicken in flour coating both sides.
- In large skillet heat oil on medium high temperature. Dip flour coated chicken in egg wash and drop in warm oil. When edges brown, turn chicken, fry till done 2 min. Remove chicken, drain on paper towels, throw away oil.
- In same skillet heat butter, add in sherry, lemon juice, pepper and Accent. Bring to boil. Add in chicken and simmer 1-2 min. Remove chicken to hot platter or possibly individual plates. Spoon sauce over top. Garnish with lemon slices dipped in paprika and parsley.
