Ingredientes

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Coat chicken cutlets completely with flour; shake gently to remove excess. Heat butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat; add in chicken. Cook 5 min each side till golden. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Stir in wine, broth, lemon juice, salt, thyme, and pepper. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan. Spoon pan juice over chicken, cooking chicken about three min.
