- Brown garlic in butter. Bread chicken in flour and dip in beaten egg. Fry chicken till golden on both sides. Add in seasoning while cooking. Remove chicken and add in 1 bouillon cube, 1 c. water and 1 c. wine. Scrape all drippings. Same should thicken. Add in chicken and simmer for about 20 min. If gravy needs additional flour, add in till thickened.
