- Place water or stock, onion, carrot, parsnip, celery and garlic in a large pot, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add seitan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and cook until pasta is done, approximately 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
