Chicken In Red Chilli Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp oil, (1 to 2)
  • 500 gm boneless chicken, skinned and cut into 2-3 cm cubes
  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  • 1 x garlic cloves, crushed (1 to 2)
  • 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Spicy Italian Sauce Mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. MAGGI Chilli Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the chicken and cook over a moderately high heat till brown on all sides.
  2. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Drain most of the oil from the pan. Add in the onion and cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Add in the garlic and spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  5. Combine the sauce mix, water and vinegar. Add in to the onion mix and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Add in the chilli sauce and chicken. Cover the pan. Simmer the mix over a low heat for 10-15 min or possibly till the chicken is cooked.
  7. Serve with rice.
