Receta Chicken In Red Chilli Sauce

- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the chicken and cook over a moderately high heat till brown on all sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Drain most of the oil from the pan. Add in the onion and cook for 2-3 min.
- Add in the garlic and spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Combine the sauce mix, water and vinegar. Add in to the onion mix and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Add in the chilli sauce and chicken. Cover the pan. Simmer the mix over a low heat for 10-15 min or possibly till the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with rice.
