Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sherry Or possibly Sauterne
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Grnd Pepper
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt (Lawry's)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 1 x Frying Chicken, cut in serving pieces. Flour Mushrooms (Optional) Pearl Onions (Optional) Artichoke Hearts (Optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all but chicken, vegetables and flour. Heat till butter is melted.
  2. Pour over chicken and marinate at least 4 hrs. Bake, uncovered in 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. One-half hour before serving sprinkle lightly with flour and baste with the sauce. Add in whole mushrooms (be sure to baste them too, or possibly they will be dry). Serve with wild rice and remaining sauce from the baking.
