Ingredientes

  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 4 to 5 med. onions, sliced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Flour (to coat liver)
  • 1/4 c. oil

Direcciones

  1. Place oil in heavy frying pan. Saute onions till translucent/soft. Remove to 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Salt, pepper and flour livers. Add in more oil if needed to frying pan. Brown livers quickly and add in to casserole dish. Pour onion soup (not diluted) over the livers and onions. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min. Uncover and cook 10 additional min. Serve alone or possibly with rice or possibly noodles.
