Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 pkt Frzn chicken livers(8oz)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch Grnd pepper
  • 1/2 c. Sweet white wine
  • 1 can Beef gravy(10 1/2oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 4 c. Warm cooked brown rice
  • 4 c. Warm cooked white rice

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add in livers; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook and stir livers in warm oil till brown, about 3 min; drain.
  2. Heat wine to boiling in 1 1/2-qt saucepan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 1 minute. Stir in gravy and chicken livers. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer uncovered 5 min. Stir in butter till melted. Stir water into cornstarch. Stir cornstarch mix gradually into sauce. Heat to boiling.
  4. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over rice.
