- Cook shells approximately 18 min till tender but hard. Rinse in cool water and drain.
- Sauce: Stir cream cheese over medium/low heat till melted. Slowly add in lowfat milk. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- For filling: Stir together 3/4 c. sauce, chicken, red peppers, broccoli and black pepper. Spoon into shells. Arrange in 13x9 pan and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees. 6 servings, 18 grams fat, 351 calories.
