Chicken Marinade

Wonderful easy marinade. This would also be great on pork, turkey or fish.

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. snipped fresh basil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. snipped chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. If marinating poultry or pork, the longer the better. Overnight would be perfect.
  3. If marinating fish, due to the acid content, only marinate a few hours and be aware you might not need to cook it as long.
