Ingredientes

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. marsala wine
  • 2 tbsp. beef broth
  • 1/2 c. fresh minced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken in small pcs and lb. with meat tenderizer. Heat butter in skillet. Mix pepper in with flour and coat chicken pcs. Brown chicken quickly in skillet. Add in mushrooms, wine and beef broth. Heat 1 minute and serve over linguini.
