Chicken Marsala With Artichoke Hearts

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounce Marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 sm Onion, diced
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced Salt/pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Direcciones

  1. Lb. chicken breast till thin.
  2. Dip chicken into egg then bread crumb both sides. Saute/fry till golden in extra virgin olive oil. Place breaded chicken side by side in oiled baking pan.
  3. On top of chicken, place artichokes, onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and parsley. Pour broth and wine over all. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Remove foil. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 15-20 min.
