Ingredientes

  • 10 lbs Boneless Chicken, Cut into 1 oz
  • For Marinade:
  • 1 1/2 quarts Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsps Organo
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • Coating:
  • 2 lbs Bream Crumbs
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsps Chopped Parsly Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 8 Oz Butter or Margarine, Melted

Direcciones

  1. Marinate: Mix all ingredients for marinade thoroughly. Place Cubed Chicken in Rainade, refrigerate for about 6 hours
  2. Coating: Combine ingredients except for melted butter. take chicken from marinade and role in bread crumb mixture - one piece at a time. Place on sheet pan with baking parchment. Top Each with a small amount of melted margarine or butter. Bake in a preheated 300 F convection oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
