  1. Stew hen. Remove meat and dice. Saute/fry onions, peppers and garlic in butter. Add in tomatoes and cook 10 min. Add in salt, pepper, thyme and curry. Cook 5 min more. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 45 min at 325 degrees. When ready to serve add in almonds and raisins. Serve with wild or possibly brown rice.
