- Use 1-2 pcs of chicken (or possibly turkey), skinned. Boil till done, keep broth. Debone chicken. Fix stuffing substituting broth for water. Put stuffing in small lightly greased pan, lay cut chicken on top.
- Heat 1 can cream of chicken to that 3/4 can of broth was added. Pour over dressing and chicken. Cover with foil. Heat 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil last 5 min to brown. Serve warm. Double recipe and use 9 x 11 inch baking dish.
