Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. herb stuffing
  • 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 6 slightly beaten Large eggs
  • 1 recipe Pimento Mushroom Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spread in 13 x 9 inch baking dish; top with layer of chicken. In large pan heat butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add in cold broth; cook and stir till mix thickens. Stir small amount warm mix into Large eggs, return to warm mix; pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Let stand 5 min to set; cut in squares and serve with Pimento Mushroom Sauce. 12 servings.
