Ingredientes

  • 2 pound chicken cutlets, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. veg. oil
  • Oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. Marsala wine
  • 1 tbsp. flour

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in oil. Mix chicken and oregano. Saute/fry in frying pan till white (don't brown). Add in salt and pepper to taste. Microwave or possibly simmer mushrooms till water is removed. Put into frying pan with chicken and saute/fry 5 min. Add in wine and simmer another 5 or possibly 10 min. Add in flour to thicken slightly. Cook 12 ounces egg noodles.
