Receta Chicken Noodles with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts – 250 gms, diced
- Egg Noodles – 100 gms, dried
- Carrot – 1, chopped
- Baby Spinach Leaves – handful, chopped
- Spring Onions – 2, finely chopped (green part only)
- Oil as required
- For the marinade:
- Hoisin Sauce – 3 tsp
- Soy Sauce – 3 tsp
- Chinese Rice Wine – 3 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- Optional:
- Red Capsicum – 1/2 cup, sliced
- Mushrooms – 1/4 cup, sliced
- Broccoli – 1/4 cup, chopped
