Receta Chicken Normande With Apples And Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 x Skinless, boneless chicken breasts Salt & pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Shallots, minced
- 1 x Clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Dry blush wine
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 2 x Tart-sweet apples, peeled, cored & diced
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 1 c. Shredded mozzarella
Direcciones
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large frying pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add in shallots and garlic, and saute/fry just til soft. Add in chicken and saute/fry about 5 min per side, till lightly browned. Add in wine & thyme. Cover and simmer 10 min. Add in apples. Simmer additional 10 min. Preheat broiler. Transfer apples and chicken to a casserole dish.
- Add in cream to liquid remaining in frying pan; stir constantly til mix just comes to a boil. Pour over chicken, sprinkle with cheese and broil til cheese is melted and bubbly.
