Chicken Nuggets With Pineapple Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. peanut oil
  • Pineapple Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate1 hour. Cut chicken into 1-inch pcs. Dip chicken into batter, and dredge in 1 c. flour. Pour oil around top of preheated wok; allow to heat to 375 degrees. Fry 4 to 5 pcs of chicken at a time till golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Pineapple Sauce. Yields about 3 dozen appetizer servings.
