Receta Chicken On A Bed Of Peppers

Ingredientes

1 frying chicken, cut up (or possibly 4 lg. breasts) 1 lg. red onion, sliced 4 tbsp. tomato paste 4 tbsp. paprika

1 each red, yellow & green bell peppers (seeded & cut into 1/2" wide pcs) 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c. dry white wine

Direcciones

1. Place chicken in 3 qt casserole dish. Mix peppers, onion, garlic, tomato paste, wine and paprika; pour over chicken. Cover securely with plastic wrap and cook in microwave on high for 25-30 min.
