Chicken or Beef Caesar Wrap

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crowns Romaine
  • 5 lbs Cooked Chicken, Cut into Cubes
  • 5 lbs. Flank Steak, Marinated, grilled, Cooled and Sliced
  • 1 cup Parmesan, Drain
  • 1 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 20ech Garlic Herb Wrap

Direcciones

  1. Combine Romaine, chicken, shredded Parmesan and Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Place garlic herb wrap on work surface and spread 4oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap, proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top.
  3. Seal the wrap then slice in half on the bias.
  4. Note: For Beef Caesar wrap, use beef flank steak marinated in caesar dressing. Grill steak and let cool over night.
