  • 1 tsp TABASCO SAUCE
  • 1 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER

COOK OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT IN A HEAVY SKILLET Till IT TURNS DARK BROWN. STIR WHILE COOKING TO KEEP FROM STICKING. Add in TO GUMBO AND COOK Till SOUP STARTS TO THICKEN.
