Ingredientes

  • 4 x Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Dry Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar (15 ounce.) meat flavored spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Grated mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well. In skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil. Cook chicken till done and well browned on both sides. Pour spaghetti sauce into 11 x 7 baking dish. Place chicken on sauce and top with both cheeses. Bake 15 min or possibly till cheese is melted and lightly browned.
