Ingredientes

  • 4 c. CREAMED CHICKEN
  • 1 pkt Frzn peas, 10 ounces
  • 4 ounce Mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Put chicken, peas and mushroom in a 9 or possibly 10" deep-dish pie plate. Stir to mix.
  2. Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Cut in shortening. Add in lowfat milk and toss with a fork till just blended. Drop 8 heaping tablespoonfuls on chicken mix; sprinkle with paprika. Can freeze at this point or possibly bake 350 til thick and bubbly. 2 hrs if frzn.
  3. Can use Bisquick instead of flour, baking pwdr, shortening.
