Ingredientes

  • 5 lrg Chicken breasts with the Skin and bone removed
  • 6 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 4 Tbsp. Uncooked curry sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cut the chicken into 8 equal size pcs.
  2. Place all the other ingredients (not chicken) in a large saucepan and mix well.
  3. Cook on a medium heat, stirring till sauce begins to darken in colour (4-5 mins).
  4. Add in the chicken and stir till all the pcs are well coated with the sauce.
  5. Turn down the heat and cook with the lid on for 15-20 min, or possibly till the chicken is tender, stirring frequently.
  6. Remove the chicken pcs leaving behind any sedement.
  7. The cooked chicken can be used immediately or possibly refrigerated for up to 4 days.
