Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce rotini tricoloured*
  • 2 c. cooked chicken breast half cubed
  • 1 med cucumber sliced
  • 1 c. celery sliced
  • 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1 tsp salt optional**
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Corkscrew shape (about 3 c. dry)
  2. I use half salt
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine chicken, cucumber, celery and onion. Fold in pasta. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and seasonings. toss dressing with salad mix.
  4. Yield: 8 c. (6 servings)
