Ingredientes

  • 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves cut in 1" cubes
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (30 ounces)
  • 1 med Eggplant peeled and minced
  • 2 x Tomatoes chop coarse
  • 2 sm Zucchini slice
  • 1 x Green bell pepper 1" pieces
  • 1 lrg Onion chop
  • 3 cl garlic mince
  • 1 tsp basil leaves
  • 1 tsp oregano

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 quart crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly till chicken is tender and no longer pink. 300 cal; 9 gr fat; 27% fat.
