Chicken Ravioli

Ingredientes

  • 3 pound chicken
  • 8 ounce. pkg. noodles (1/4" wide)
  • 1/2 c. onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mushrooms, minced
  • 1 pkg. frzn peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook chicken in salted water till tender. Debone and cut into pcs. Save 1 1/2 c. of broth for casserole. Cook noodles in remaining broth. Saute/fry onions and peppers in butter. Combine all and put in greased casserole. Fold in cheese. Save half for top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Makes 2 or possibly 3 small casseroles.
