Receta Chicken Rice Balls

- Cook celery and onions in butter till tender. Blend in flour. Add in broth slowly. Cook and stir till thick. Stir in cooked rice, chicken, cheese, egg and seasoning. Form into balls. Roll in corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Heat remaining ingredients. Add in lowfat milk, thin down, add in 2 Tbsp. onions and serve over balls.
