Chicken Rice Skillet

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lbs. frying chicken pcs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) Birds Eye 5 minute mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute Rice

Direcciones

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown well in butter in skillet. Add in water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 25 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Push to one side of skillet or possibly keep hot on serving platter. Stir remaining ingredients into skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Makes 4 servings.
