Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • Fillet chicken breast, 6 or possibly more
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • Progresso seasoned bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and flour; stir. Add in lowfat milk, etc. Put everything together in a teflon frying pan and heat together; cold. Place chicken flat on wax paper and stuff with 1 Tbsp. or possibly more of filling and roll. Secure with toothpicks (try sealing ends too).
  2. Dip in Large eggs and then in bread crumbs. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat frying pan with 1" Mazola oil. Place rolls in pan and fry till golden on all sides.
