Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Black olives, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Salt, to taste
  • 3 c. Chicken, light meat, cubed
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes Romaine lettuce leaves, minced

Direcciones

  1. To prepare dressing, combine the dressing ingredients, blend well and chill at least 30 min.
  2. To assemble salad: tear romaine lettuce into bite sized pcs and place on individual serving plates. Mix cubed cooked chicken with chilled dressing; divide proportionately on the lettuce. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place around edges of salad. Serve with crisp croutons sprinkled on salad if you like.
  3. To prepare ahead of time, chill the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing in separate covered containers and assemble just before serving.
  4. Yield: 4-6 servings.
