Chicken Sandwich Supreme

Yummy sandwich done in a few minutes! My kid loves this.

Ingredientes

  • 200 g Chicken Breast (cooked and flaked)
  • 2 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of Iodized Fine Salt
  • 1 dash White Pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pc (smal) White Onion (chopped and sauteed )
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese (diced, optional)
  • Lettuce Leaves (optional)
  • Tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Chill for an hour.
  3. Spread on white bread top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Serve.
