Ingredientes

2 x Links Chicken sausage, (cooked) 1 pkt Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice mix, roast garlic flavor 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce, low sodium

2 Tbsp. Pine nuts 1/4 x Purple onion, whole, sliced

Direcciones

1. Cook rice in microwave or possibly on stove top without adding butter or possibly margarine
2. Slice sausage into small pcs and heat for 2 min in microwave on high.
3. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add in onions and cook till begin to soften.
4. Add in pine nuts and stir constantly.
5. Add in rice, sausage, and soy sauce and heat for 1-2 min, stirring constantly.
