Receta Chicken & Sausage Saute

- Remove skin from chicken and cut into small pcs. Cut each sausage in 4 pcs. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess. Saute/fry in warm oil till chicken and sausage are golden. Strain oil from pan. Add in remaining ingredients. Reduce liquid on high flame till peppers and onions are cooked and all liquid is absorbed. Season to taste.
