Chicken Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 5 c. peeled, thinly sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 sm onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup (regular or possibly low-fat)
  • 1/2 tsp salt or possibly taste pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. flour lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Place about 2 c. of potato slices in buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  2. Combine seasonings and flour; sprinkle half of this mix over potatoes in casserole. Dot with half of the butter. Add in remainder of potato slices to casserole; dot with rest of the butter. Sprinkle remainder of flour mix over top. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to soup to make 2 c.; pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover; bake in 350F oven about 45 min. Remove cover; bake about 45 min longer.
  4. Serves 6.
  5. Simple to make, tasty to eat! Recipe can be doubled.
