Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenderloins Sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Bread Crumbs Seasoned , Note 1
  • 4 tsp Margarine Or possibly Butter
  • 1/2 c. Dry White Wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice Lemon Slices Minced Italian Parsley

  3. Note 1: Original recipe used Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  4. Prep Time: 15 minutes
  5. Sprinkle chicken slices with salt; coat slices on both sides with bread crumbs.
  6. Generously spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over med-high heat till warm. Add in turkey; cook 2 - 4 minutes or possibly till no longer pink, place on serving platter. Cover to keep hot.
  7. Add in margarine, wine and lemon juice to same skillet; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with lemon slices and parsley.

  9. This was very good!! Quick and easy. There was very, very little liquid ... if I make it again I would definitely double (at least) the sauce ingredients.
