Ingredientes

  • 1 kg Chicken, cut into desired pcs (or possibly or possibly off the bone)
  • 2 tsp Corriander seeds
  • 8 x Dry kashmiri chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 5 x Peppercorns
  • 2 tsp Peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1/2 x Coconut, grated
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 4 x Cardamoms
  • 6 x Cloves
  • 1 x Inch piece of cinnamon
  • 1 x Lemon Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Dry roast the coriander seed, kashmiri chiles, cumin seed, funegreek seed, peppercorns peanuts and coconut in a large pan (till coconut is a light brown, taking care not to burn the spices).
  2. Add in the turmeric, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon to the roasted spices and finely grind.
  3. Fry the spice mix in some ghee for a few min. Add in the chicken and brown. Add in salt and a little water and simmer till chicken is cooked.
  4. Sprinkle over lemon juice a few min before serving.
