Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken parts
  • 8 c. water or possibly chicken broth
  • 2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. chili pwdr or possibly to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Korean sesame oil
  • 1 lb noodles
  • 2 x scallions processed to a paste
  • 4 x garlic cloves crushed to a paste

Direcciones

  1. Cook the chicken in water or possibly broth and salt till tender, about 45 min. Remove the chicken and reserve the broth. Shred the meat by hand; throw away skin and bones.
  2. Mix the shreds with the chili pwdr, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well so which the chicken develops a red color.
  3. Bring the reserved broth to a boil, add in the noodles, scallion paste and garlic paste and cook till the noodles are al dente, about 5 min.
  4. Pour the broth and noodles into a large serving bowl or possibly individual bowls. Add in the seasoned chicken to the center of the bowl but don't stir.
  5. This recipe yields 8 servings.
