This is one of my old-time favorite recipes. It goes without saying, the simpler, the better. Try this simple and appetizing chicken soup...good for the winter season.

Ingredientes
1/2 kg. chicken, cut up
1 liter water
1 chicken cube
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
5 peppercorns
1 egg, beaten
CORNSTARCH SOLUTION:
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Direcciones
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for at least 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Take out chicken and shred.
Strain soup by colander.
Put chicken and soup in a pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
