Ingredientes

  • 10 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 4 heads broccoli, fresh
  • 3 bags carrots, frozen, sliced
  • 4 heads cauliflower, fresh
  • 5 onions, red or white
  • 5 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 1/2 gal chicken broth
  • 1 box cornstarch
  • 2-4 oz garlic
  • pepper to taste
  • 16 oz soy sauce
  • vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat braiser and add oil. Saute chicken breast until it turns white.
  2. Add vegetables and saute for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  4. Dilute cornstarch with water. Thicken product to desired thickness.
