Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breast cut in strips
  • 1/2 med red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 med green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 c. green onion minced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/8 tsp salt optional
  • 63/1000 tsp pepper
  • 2 whl whole wheat pita breads
  • 1/4 c. nonfat ranch salad dressing

Direcciones

  1. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add in chicken, vegetables and seasonings. Stir-fry till chicken is done and vegetables are to your liking. Cut pita bread in half and microwave on high for 20 seconds or possibly till war. Spread 1 Tbsp. of dressing in each pita bread half. Fill with chicken stir-fry.
  2. Yield: 4 half sandwiches (4 servings) One serving: 1 half sandwich
