Ingredientes

  • 2 chicken carcasses
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Direcciones

  1. Put all the above ingredients in a stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, skimming off the scum and fat. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hrs. Strain. Good for soup and stir fry recipes.
