Ingredientes

  • 4 x Chicken breast (skinless and boneless) (minced)
  • 2 x Avocados (diced pcs)
  • 2 can Hearts of palm (sliced)
  • 1/2 c. Capers (whole)
  • 1 bn Watercress (minced fine)
  • 1/2 c. Parsley (minced fine)
  • 4 x Green onions (green and white part) (sliced)
  • 1/2 c. Tarragon wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Chopped capers
  • 1 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Capfuls lemon juice White pepper, salt to taste Pastry shells

Direcciones

  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. THIS CAN BE MADE 1 DAY AHEAD WITHOUT THE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING. POUR VINAIGRETTE DRESSING AND MIX WITH CHICKEN Mix RIGHT BEFORE YOU FILL PASTRY SHELLS. FILL PASTRY SHELLS AND TOP WITH A PARSLEY TOP.
  2. PASTRY SHELLS. EITHER YOU CAN BUY THE PHYLO SHELLS Or possibly PURCHASE FROM A FOOD DISTRIBUTOR THE MADE UP PASTRY SHELLS (THEY LOOK LIKE SEA SHELLS) ANY SMALL PASTRY SHELL, CANAPE SIZE WILL DO.
  3. WONDERFUL HORS D OURVE YOU WILL GET GREAT COMPLIMENTS ON THIS GOODY.
