Ingredientes

  • 8 boned, skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. bottled chili sauce
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 3 c. warm cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Roll chicken in combined flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in butter. Push chicken to one side and add in the onions; saute/fry till transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 35 min. Serve chicken and sauce over beds of fluffy rice.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
