It’s a peanut butter thing.

After that delicious Thai Beef dish I made for Hunter last week, I had to try a chicken dish using peanut butter.

I wasn’t interested in a satay so I stuck with the Thai theme and came up with this fantastic peanut dipping sauce.

The other day, I was bored at work and started writing down different types of dishes I wanted to try out. And I gotta admit, I had a few failures. There was this concoction I made using ginger beer. I spit it out and threw in the towel. I did make some great clover leaf biscuits and a fantastic cinnamon sugar, pull apart bread using Parker House frozen rolls. I would share them with everyone, but the photos sucked big time. Someday, I will make them again and post them on the blog.

Back to this chicken dish.

This one was a success and disappeared rather quickly. Whether you dip these in a peanut butter sauce, or be like the hubby and skip the sauce cause, well, that’s how he is, these are tasty either way.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
