Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 lb Skinless boneless chicken breast Cut 1 Inch Thick
  • 1 c. Carrots Sliced 1-Inch Thick
  • 2 c. Zucchini Cubed
  • 1 1/4 c. Mushroom Quartered
  • 1 c. Red Pepper 3/4 Inch Squares
  • 1/2 lb Hard Tofu Liquid removed Cut Into 1" Cubes
  • 2/3 c. Oyster Sauce
  • 6 c. Rice Warm & Cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add in chicken; stir fry 3 min or possibly till browned. Add in carrot; stir fry 3 min. Add in zucchini, mushrooms and bell pepper; stir fry 2 min. Gently stir in tofu and oyster sauce; cook till thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
  2. Yield: 6 ( 1 c. stir fry & 1 c. rice)
