Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Broiler chicken quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 12 sm White onions whole
  • 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms, fresh or possibly canned
  • 1/2 c. Canned tomatoes liquid removed and crushed
  • 1/2 c. Sweet white wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. In chicken fryer, heat butter. Add in chicken and cook till lightly browned on both sides. Add in onions, and continue cooking till onions are well browned. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, wine, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 45 min, or possibly till chicken is tender. Remove chicken to heated serving dish and keep hot. Add in lowfat sour cream to pan and heat, stirring constantly, without allowing to boil. Pour over chicken. Serve warm.
  2. Suggested Wine: A full-bodied red wine: French Bordeaux; etc.
