Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Raw chicken breast meat, chopped
  • 1 tsp Corn starch Salt
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Mince chicken very finely. Add in corn starch and salt to chopped chicken.
  2. mix. Carefully add in water to chopped chicken mix a few drops at a time till it is absorbed.
  3. Beat egg whites till very stiff. Carefully fold chicken mix into egg whites.
  4. Place 2 Tbsp. oil in wok. Heat wok up under low medium heat for about 2 min. Carefully pat egg white mix into the wok.
  5. Reduce heat to low setting. Cook, uncovered, in wok about 15 min till omelette is set. Carefully loosen omelette, flip to reverse side and cook a further 10 min. Remove to a serving platter.
  6. NOTE: If you like, omelette may be served with gravy from next recipe.
